Do not use a GLP-1 medication if you or a family member has a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Do not use a product if you have had a serious allergic reaction to any ingredient.
Potential serious risks
Risks may include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney injury, serious gastrointestinal problems, hypoglycemia when used with certain medicines, changes in vision, increased heart rate, and suicidal thoughts or behavior. Tell your provider about all medicines and conditions, including pregnancy or plans to become pregnant.
Common side effects
Common effects can include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, headache, fatigue, indigestion, dizziness, and injection-site reactions.
Compounded medication disclosure
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Seek medical attention for severe or concerning symptoms.
